If you’re reading this, thank you for being here! I want to take this moment to share a bit about myself and why I decided to start this health and fitness blog. Where It All Began Like many people, my journey started with frustration. I wasn’t happy with how I felt—physically or mentally. I had low energy, inconsistent eating habits, and I kept promising myself I’d “start Monday.” But Monday kept moving, and so did my goals. It wasn’t about just losing weight or looking a certain way. I wanted to feel better. Stronger. More confident. I wanted to wake up with energy and go to sleep feeling accomplished. That’s when I realized it was time to take control of my health.
